Products and orders

Read the product description, dimensions and options before ordering and provide accurate contact and delivery details. If something is unclear, ask us before purchasing. Product images are a guide and screen settings can affect displayed colours. This does not excuse an item that fails to match its description.

If an item is unavailable or we discover a material listing error affecting your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your agreement. If we cannot supply the order on the agreed basis, we will offer an appropriate refund or an alternative you accept.

Prices and payment

The price, delivery charges and applicable taxes shown at checkout form the order total. Check the displayed currency and total before submitting payment. Payment options are those offered at checkout and may have separate provider terms. Never email us full payment-card details or account passwords.

Delivery, changes and cancellations

Our shipping and dispatch policy explains dispatch estimates and international delivery. Contact us promptly if you want to change or cancel an order. We will help where possible; a dispatched order may need to follow the returns process.

Returns and your rights

Our returns and refunds policy explains the 30-day change-of-mind offer and how to report a fault. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable mandatory consumer law. We do not require you to give up those rights to purchase from us.

Website use and privacy

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or submit unlawful material. Commercial reuse of website images, logos or text requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Email us with your order number, the issue and your preferred outcome. We will assess the issue and explain the next steps. You may also seek help from the relevant consumer protection authority.

Changes to these terms apply prospectively. They do not retrospectively remove rights or promises associated with an earlier purchase.
