Where we ship
We ship within Australia and internationally. Available delivery options depend on your destination and the items ordered. If checkout does not offer a delivery option for your address, email info@fruitygrip.com before placing an order.
Dispatch
Our usual dispatch estimate is 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Dispatch means handing your parcel to the carrier. It is separate from the carrier's delivery time.
Any specific preorder or availability information shown for an item takes precedence over the usual dispatch estimate. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil your order as expected.
Charges and delivery times
Review the delivery charge and order total before paying. Carrier delivery times vary by destination and service. We do not promise a single delivery timeframe for all Australian or international addresses. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering.
International orders
Customs clearance can add time. Your destination may apply import duties, taxes or handling charges. Unless checkout expressly includes them, these destination charges are separate from our delivery charge and may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
Address changes, delays and missing parcels
Check your address before paying. If it needs correcting, contact us promptly. We will help where possible, although a parcel already dispatched may not be able to be redirected. Any additional charge must be explained and agreed before we arrange an extra service.
If an order is delayed, damaged or missing, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. This policy does not remove your rights under applicable consumer law or make you responsible for resolving a delivery problem alone.
